the staff was cute and helpful.
The room windows were poorly insulated. Locking me out on the balcony. this forced me to shout for help until someone heard me. breakfast lacked quality expected for a hotel of this level.

I received a call from the hotel five days before my arrival , so thoughtful. the staff was attentive , always ready to assist. i loved the excellent gym. It really kept me energized throughout my stay. the location was perfect .
the spa was undergoing repairs , which meant i couldn't enjoy the facilities i anticipated.

the hotel is centrally located , allowing for easy walks to various city quarters. the cleanliness around the hotel is excellent , with no litter on the streets. this made exploring the area very pleasant and convenient.

breakfast offered a wide variety , from cereals to fresh fruit and an omelette station. i could eat either on the outside terrace or indoors , both great options. i found plenty of delicious choices each morning.

the room overlooked the pool and featured beautiful furnishings and sweet treats. the hotel had a lovely pool , perfect for relaxation. the rooms also contained comfortable amenities and were well kept and very clean.

the concierge provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and handled bookings. the staff throughout the hotel , including waiters , maids , and maintenance , were really good. every team member provided a warm and nice experience.

the room was well organized and a good size. (i really liked the layout)
the spa was closed for repair. i had booked this hotel particularly because of the spa facilities and nobody had let me know on the website or before i arrived that it was closed and likely to be closed for some time. breakfast was ok, but food was not kept hot enough and some of the fruit was past its sell by date.
